I am Aideen, someone who does not relent when she sets her mind to something.

Originally from rural Ireland and now living in the Med.

I have a BA in English Lit & Information Studies, an MA in Communications, various diplomas and certs in wellbeing, leadership, presenting and emotional intelligence. I have my own YouTube channel focused on sharing insights from some of the world’s best business books.

But does any of that really matter? No.

As that is all theory based, what you need to understand is how I walked the walk and how that can help you lead better, be better, achieve more.

I have worked globally for over 20 years as a chief of staff, business generalist, communications consultant and brand leader. I have worked in-house at a FORTUNE 500 and agency side at and with some of the world’s most renowned creatives.

I have stood beside numerous leaders who lead well and some that fail terribly.

I have also led myself, sometimes exemplary and other times embarrassingly.

After so many years watching and learning from leaders, gaining insights from the teams I have also led and travelling the globe understanding how culture also affects leadership, I am ready to share this know-how and toolkit with a wider audience.

I have a small but mighty global creative team who are specialized in employer comms, executive coaching, employer branding and personal branding and I know we have what it takes to help leaders succeed.
